In our sessions, I will gently guide you into a deeper connection with your body—through breath, movement, grounding, and compassionate awareness. Together we will notice the patterns your nervous system has developed and create space for new, more supportive responses. You don’t have to perform, fix, or figure anything out.

My life’s work is a sacred calling to help you return home to yourself—to the inner wisdom, strength, and softness that already lives within—so you can walk the path of motherhood feeling deeply held, seen, and whole.

I graduated with a Phd in psychology, but my real education began with my own life experiences.

My journey began in clinical psychology, where I learned how powerful our minds can be—but I soon realized that true healing also lives in the body. That’s what led me to somatic coaching.

My background

I love visiting the ocean—it's my favorite place to reset, breathe deeply, and reconnect with myself. The rhythm of the waves reminds me of the body's own wisdom and its natural ability to return to calm.

I've kept many journals since I was a young, however inconsistent I have been about using them at times . It's amazing to look back and see how my thoughts and ideas have evolved over the years.

I love gardening. I especially enjoy getting my hands into the soil. There's something so fulfilling about nurturing plants & flowers.

I love styling dried flowers, they're used as decor throughout my house.

I was a vegetarian for 12 years, and am now a proud vegan!

I'm fascinated by light, and love capturing the way the shadows dance across blank spaces.
