Somatic coaching is a body-centered approach to healing and personal growth. “Somatic” comes from the Greek word soma, meaning the living body in its wholeness—mind, emotions, nervous system, and physical self.

Nutrition Support

Work with a Registered Dietitian (RD) to support fertility, healthy pregnancy, and postpartum through nutrition. This plan blends clinical expertise with the holistic, nervous-system-informed approach of Whole Mama.

Program Goals

We offer individual therapy with licensed MFT's and Clinical Psychologists. Psychotherapy provides a safe, compassionate space to process the emotional challenges that often arise on the path to conception and pregnancy.

For many women on the fertility or pregnancy journey, unprocessed trauma may quietly shape how they experience their bodies, their relationships, and their ability to feel calm or hopeful.


While there’s no perfect time, beginning gentle trauma work before or during the early stages of trying to conceive or pregnancy can help reduce emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, and create space for connection and trust in the body again.
